00 Position
Summary:
Full time position will perform various receiving and inventory distribution Warehouse duties.
The various duties will include making sure that all inventory is received and entered inventory and stored correctly.
Inventory Maintenance Roles and
Responsibilities:
Yard is clean and neatly kept so that all inventory is easily identified.
General cleaning of the building and yard to better store all inventory.
Assistance with minor maintenance on property Other duties as assigned.
Perform Daily cycle counts.
Trailer down stack and assemble.
Warehouse Role and
Responsibilities:
Unload deliveries in a timely manner to ensure that all inventory is received properly and stored in a organized manner for easy access.
Gather parts into kits, deliver completed kits to the proper manufacturing area by forklift.
Workload will be tracked via daily schedules and assignments requiring responsibility and accountability for quality and timeliness of completion.
Track shortage items and expedite shortage items to the production area.
Stock needed supplies to shelves.
Distribute paper products, cleaning supplies as department needs arise.
Maintain storage rooms and inventory of paper products and cleaning supplies.
Assist with seasonal yard needs such as snow removal, sweeping, trash control.
Cover vacations as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Required and Preferred
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of responsible maintenance work experience.
Possess and maintain a clean driving record with a Class C license.
Must complete Forklift Training and General OSHA Requirements.
Forklift experience a plus.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Basic or higher computer skills Basic hand tool knowledge Understand building maintenance, be able to work independently.
Ability to follow established company and regulatory safety processes Detailed and organized.
Self starter, team player with a good safety awareness.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, see, sit, and use arms, hands and fingers to key and maneuver a mouse on a PC system.
The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move a variety of materials.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
The noise level in the office work environment is low to moderate.
The employee will frequently be exposed to a heavy manufacturing work environment that includes high noise level and exposure to chemical vapors, moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, vibration, and electricity.
Eye and ear protection, as well as steel toed shoes, are always required in the manufacturing environment departmental specific.
This position is required to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
